Program Description

Organizations across America are in dire need of strong, confident leadership – leadership based on standards and clear expectations, on empowerment and accountability. I see this every day in businesses large and small as I travel the country as a leadership coach. Truth is,

An estimated 80 to 90 percent of professionals in leadership today are not taking in new information on how to be excellent on the job.

That’s why we’ve got people today with leadership titles who can’t lead their way out of the front lobby with a map! We throw people into leadership positions without any leadership training. We give them tons of new responsibilities, but no new skills or strategies or information. And a leader without new information is like an engine without fuel.

That’s why I’m so excited about the opportunity to share my passion for leadership with you through a new program: Coaching, Leading and Mentoring Your Team to Success the Coach Joe Way. I’ve taken my 20-plus years’ worth of leadership insight and boiled it down into one life-changing day of inspirational training guaranteed to make you a more effective leader – and I mean immediately!

You’ll learn …

  • A 3-step process that will solve the majority of your “people problems”
  • How to use the StaffCoaching Model to improve employee performance
  • Techniques for combating negative attitudes on your team
  • A power formula for creating a positive culture
  • How to handle employee conflict and unacceptable behavior
  • The crucial difference between being a manager and being a leader

And that’s just the beginning, friends! You’ll master new techniques for coaching, mentoring and counseling your employees for stronger teamwork and greater productivity. You’ll learn how to build rock-solid working relationships with others. I’ll teach you the same proven leadership success strategies that I’ve shared with clients like Wal-Mart, McDonald’s, Volvo, the U.S. Navy and hundreds of other businesses.

It’s my job to get you fired up about leadership – to help you recognize that you can do ANYTHING you want to do. I’ll fuel your leadership engine with all the new information you can absorb! I’ll cheer you on, I’ll root for you, I’ll motivate you — and when you leave, you’ll take my coaching strategies and put them to work for your team. The results will amaze you.

But you’re the one who has to seize this leadership training opportunity in the first place. So you have an important choice to make: Will you continue to sit on the sidelines and just watch things happen, or will you get the leadership skills you need – and make things happen?

Let me inspire you to achieve your true leadership potential – and to show you how to become the strong, confident leader you’ve always wanted to be. I’ll be expecting you!
