Leading Virtual And Remote Teams
Seminar No: 02280 -XNBB
CEU Credits: 1.8

Today, two distinctive new work styles have emerged--with significant implications for the global organization.

Remote teams operate at a distance from the home office but are, in fact, intact sub-teams with dynamics of their own.
