Chris Gatti brings over 20 years experience in business, education, training, human resources and organizational development. She has served effectively in a variety of roles, including facilitator, trainer, manager of a training and development function, consultant and project manager. She has held positions with several well known organizations, including Fidelity Investments, BayBank (now BankBoston), Coopers & LyBrand and Aetna Insurance.
She also worked as a Senior Training Consultant with Zenger Miller, an international training and consulting firm, which, in 1992, named Chris as "Top New Consultant of the Year" as a result of her high quality, client-focused consulting services.
Through the work of CRG Associates, Chris is dedicated to helping organizations learn to develop and increase their leadership, collaboration and training and development capabilities.
