Chris Gatti brings over 20 years experience in business, education, training, human resources and organizational development. She has served effectively in a variety of roles, including facilitator, trainer, manager of a training and development function, consultant and project manager. She has held positions with several well known organizations, including Fidelity Investments, BayBank (now BankBoston), Coopers & LyBrand and Aetna Insurance. She also worked as a Senior Training Consultant with Zenger Miller, an international training and consulting firm, which, in 1992, named Chris as "Top New Consultant of the Year" as a result of her high quality, client-focused consulting services. Through the work of CRG Associates, Chris is dedicated to helping organizations learn to develop and increase their leadership, collaboration and training and development capabilities. She is particularly interested in creating opportunities to partner with business, education and community to better prepare individuals for the workplace, enhancing overall productivity and work satisfaction.
