Charles K. Markline, Ph.D., CPCM A dynamic and motivational educator, Charlie has delivered seminars and presentations on Management, Leadership and
Supervision to hundreds of business and professional groups over the past 15
years. Dr. Markline has published a number of articles on management and
leadership that have appeared in Training, The Lakewood Report, Talon, and
The Texas Insurance Journal magazines. One article, "Pygmalion in
Leadership" was selected for presentation and publication by the
international Association of Management (IAoM). An outstanding adult
educator, he was selected as "Graduate Instructor of the Year" by Chapman
University for 1995-96. He has his undergraduate and Masters Degrees in
Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Leadership & Human Behavior. He has
consulted with the newspaper and cable television industries as well as
government agencies in addition to conducting seminars and workshops for both
private and public organizations. He is certified as a "Certified
Professional Consultant to Management" by the National Bureau of Professional
Management Consultants.
