Since 1996 Jonathan Blum, principal of The Productive Word, has worked as a business and technical writing coach, a corporate trainer, a journalist, and a university professor. He holds a master’s degree in English from the University of Iowa and a bachelor’s degree in English, magna cum laude, from UCLA.
